Bob and Holly are beginning the process of transition to a life of organic farming. The journey sounds long as we are just starting out but hope you will join in to read about our adventures along the way of producing food for everyone to enjoy!
WHAT IS SPROUTING HIPPIES ALL ABOUT?
ORCHARD
Planting in Spring 2021
Fruit trees are scheduled for grafting and experimentation, starting in Spring 2021. Until that time, Bob and Holly will be busy prepping the land, planning the assortment and arrangement of the trees.

Initial planting will include apple varieties, with hopes to expand to peaches, pears, cherries, figs, and dates.
ORGANIC CERTIFICATION
36-month Transition to Organic Certification
Pursuit of Organic Certification will begin in Spring 2021 and continue over the next 3 years.
LOCAL STORE & FARMER MARKETS
Products
As we continue along this journey, we will have products available at our local booth and hope to branch out to local Farmer's Markets over the next couple of years. Stay tuned in to hear more about timing.
